The Xerox authorized Services provider (ASP) Accreditation Program is a formalized accreditation giving by xerox to the partners that who meets xerox standards of service quality to be a xerox authorized service provider, This accreditation is given after a series of process under which services and operations of partners are evaluated and verified by a specialized team from xerox to determine if applicable and recognized standards are met, The evaluation is carried out by checking the engineers have the appropriate technical training for servicing Xerox machines, ASP has adequate tooling (hardware & software) for being able to fix machines, The operational processes to manage customer´s queries and complaints, including close gap processes with dissatisfied customers, Call/Service handling, Remote Support, Service Level commitments achieving & tracking, Emergency process in place for machine down, Audit process of service quality, response time, compliance with values & principles through use genuine Parts and Supplies and follow local contractual responsibilities.
